POSITIVE SIGNALS FROM BRAZIL

I have been insisting on Brazil for a few weeks that many of my clients are accumulating and that this week has already given positive signs of rebound (+ 6%)
I had already signaled that the signal I was expecting was to come from the USDBRL to the downside and you see that it continues to fall giving an upward push in the Brazilian index (with Banco Bradesco as the ideal proxy)
I insist because I think this choice is interesting in terms of risk / reward

 

 

 

USDBRL WITH BEARISH SIGNALS (BULLISH FOR THE INDEX)

 

if I then add the seasonality of the last 21 years from today (see the chart) I say that I have a further element to insist since in 20 years as many as 17 have been up in the period starting from today until mid-January
